It's not often that you add the topping before the coffee. The dollops of freshly whipped and sweetened cream will rise through the coffee for a floating cloud effect. Very snazzy.

Frozen Coffee Parfait

Ingredients

1-14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup double strength coffee sweetened with 4 tb. Sugar while hot (allow to cool before using)
1 cup whipped heavy whipping cream
Directions

In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condesed mild and the coffee into hand mixer; whip on high speed for 3-5 minutes. By hand fold in the whipped whipping cream. Make sure the mixture is evenly distributed.

Spoon the mixture into 6-8 serving dishes, then freeze for 3 hours or until firm.

Garnish before serving with a chocolate-covered espresso bean and chocolate syrup for a yummy treat.

The Coffee Float

Take a nice tall glass, preferably chilled. Add about 2 thumbs widths of milk to the glass, probably about 3 oz, but I rarely measure.
Add one teaspoon of instant coffee, level rounded or whatever your taste may be to the milk, do not stir. You can also subsitute 2 oz of very strong coffee.
Slowly pour Cola (Pepsi, Coke or whatever) over the whole mixture being mindful of the foam.
After your glass is just about full take a spoon and gently stir the whole concoction. You should notice a "head" of dense foam beginning to appear at the top of the glass. This is good.
After the foam has settled a little bit enjoy.

Scotch Coffee

A mug
A shot of espresso
A shot of your favourite single malt Scotch whisky (e.g., Highland Park)
Sugar (if desired)

Method

Take your favourite mug and pour the shot of espresso and the shot of single malt Scotch whisky into the mug.
Steam and froth the milk and pour over the coffee/whisky.
Dust with your favourite topping.
Enjoy.

Coffee Milkshake, Coffee Malt

Ingredients

2 scoops coffee ice cream
1 cup milk
2 shots espresso
2 tablespoons of malt mix (optional)
whipped cream (optional garnish)
espresso beans (optional garnish)
Some Notes

Making a milkshake isn't brain surgery, just add ingredients and blend in a blender. But I do have some tips.

For one thing, I prefer a less sugary version of the ice-cream recipe, so I didn't add the liqueur, and I used about three-quarters of the sugar in the original recipe.
Another thing to note is that the only difference between a malt and milkshake is malt mix, which you can buy at virtually any major grocery store.
Conclusion

This is a fantastic treat -- and it is so much better with great coffee ingredients. Good coffee is the key to true happiness.
