Chocolate Covered Coffee Bean

Ingredients for Chocolate Covered Coffee Bean Recipe
1/3 cup roasted coffee beans
1/2 cup chocolate chips


Instructions
Melt the chocolate chips, either in a microwave or in a double boiler, until smooth.
Add several coffee beans to the melted chocolate, stirring until beans are completely coated with chocolate.
Remove beans from chocolate and place on wax paper to harden.
Repeat with remaining coffee beans.
Freeze in a single layer for 30 minutes or leave at room temperature overnight.
Store coffee beans in an airtight container.
